How do I return an item?
Arsenal Gaming warrants to the original consumer purchaser that the product will be free from defects in materials and/or workmanship for the length of time specified in the Warranty. If a defect covered by this warranty occurs during this period, Arsenal Gaming at its option will repair or replace, at no charge, any part that Arsenal Gaming determines to be defective. In order to comply with the warranty, you would need to send the product back to Arsenal Gaming with your name, telephone, and return address on the box to the Arsenal Gaming headquarters. When we receive it, we will either replace, fix or substitute for that item depending on availability at the time. If the product is no longer available then Arsenal Gaming does not validate the 5 year warranty on the product although we will help you find different alternatives. This warranty shall not apply if the product has been damaged by abuse, misuse, negligence, accident, modification, tampering or by any causes unrelated to defective materials and/or workmanship.
